Wednesday, Sept. 9, is our first Early Release Day. Students will be dismissed two hours early so teachers can meet for Professional Learning Community collaboration.

Dismissal at Kesling will be at 12:35 p.m. All students must be picked up or ride the bus home unless they are enrolled in Boys & Girls Club.

Students enrolled in Boys & Girls Club should report to the cafeteria after dismissal. They will be supervised there until Boys & Girls Club services begin at 2:35 p.m.

Students in grades 7-8 who participate in athletics should listen carefully to instructions from their coach about practice times on Early Release Days. Practices are optional and will not begin before 3 p.m. Student athletes are expected to go home after dismissal and return to school at the time their coach communicates.

There will be no clubs or other after-school activities on Early Release Days.

If a delay is called on a scheduled Early Release Day, the early release is canceled and school will follow a regular dismissal schedule.
